ESB designed, built and delivered this Tucson, AZ middle school for the Catholic Diocese of Tucson in less than 90 days from the final contract date.

ESB's scope of work, in addition to all building construction activities, included utilities, concrete walkways, parking and landscaping.

As general contractor, ESB designed, performed site preparation work, and constructed this new administration building offsite for Diné College’s primary campus. The classy design incorporates culturally relevant features into a functionally efficient floor plan to make the building uniquely Diné College.

ESB Design+Build has manufactured and erected several buildings and schools for TUSD over the past ten years through the Mohave Arizona Purchasing Cooperative.

ESB designed, performed all site work and built this 3,500 SF, slab-on-grade modular office building for Chandler-Gilbert Community College.

As general contractor, ESB designed, performed site preparation work, and offsite-constructed this new WIC building for Mariposa Community Health Center.

ESB designed and served as general contractor this new faculty building for Diné College’s Tuba City campus. We performed all site work in addition to planning, design and building construction.

ESB designed and built this medical office facility for UCHC in Vail, AZ just southeast of Tucson. It serves today as a Family Practice and Women's Center.

ESB built four of the eight buildings that constitute the A Complex, known as "Agua Sal," of Glendale Community College's North Campus.

ESB designed and built this three-story, 33,400 sq. ft. clinic building featuring numerous specialized medical offices and exam rooms, and a drive-through pharmacy.

ESB constructed this new classroom addition on TUSD’s existing campus on a fixed price contract based upon ESB worked with Earl Kai Chann Associates, Ltd. as they provided the design and drawings for Borton Elementary.

ESB completed site planning, building design, and all on-site and offsite construction for this new JTED culinary education building at Santa Rita High School in Tucson, AZ.
