In more than four decades of experience since 1984, we have come to understand that delivering quality facilities on a tight timeline and budget is the core value ESB delivers as a design-build partner. When the Catholic Diocese of Tucson needed a new middle school building for Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, they entrusted ESB Design+Build, and we delivered.

With the final contract signed in late April, our team immediately got to work designing and constructing a 6,180 square-foot facility in Tucson, AZ, ready for students before classes began that August. From contract to occupancy in less than 90 days, we worked diligently to ensure the Diocese had everything they needed: four classrooms, restrooms, a library, and a fully equipped computer classroom—all completed on-time without compromising on quality.

The finished building is as stylish as it is functional. Technically advanced learning spaces feature computer-enhanced whiteboards, while upscale interior finishes, including ceramic tile floors, decorative hollow-metal windows, and solid core birch-wood doors, create an environment where students can thrive. On the exterior, a four-foot-high split-face brick wainscot and a standing seam metal awning give the structure a polished, lasting presence on campus.
