A perfect illustration of ESB Design+Build’s ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines, ESB designed and built this Tucson, AZ project for the Catholic Diocese of Tucson. The final contract was signed in late April and we were able to deliver the 6,180 SF middle school building before classes began in August of the same year.
This parochial school needed 4 classrooms, restrooms, a library, and a computer classroom complete and ready for occupancy in less than 90 days from the date of contract to accommodate their middle school students. ESB worked diligently to complete the slab-on-grade modular building in time for an August opening and succeeded.
Not only are these buildings functional, they are also stylish. Technically advanced learning centers with computer-enhanced white boards were installed along with upscale finishes, including ceramic tile floors, decorative hollow metal windows and birch wood doors. On the exterior, a four-foot high split-face brick wainscot and a standing seam metal awning completed this beautiful structure.
