At ESB Design+Build, we are proud to support the organizations that make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG) is a nonprofit dedicated to providing a range of support services to low-income families across Apache, Coconino, Navajo, and Yavapai Counties. We have had the privilege of delivering our high-quality modular buildings through the Mohave cooperative’s Factory-Built Building contract on multiple occasions.
The Camp Verde building is part of NACOG’s Head Start program, which serves children ages three to five by providing early education and working closely with families to address needs ranging from nutrition to shelter. To support that mission, we delivered a 2,371 square-foot facility purpose-built for young learners, featuring two classrooms, three bathrooms, and a janitorial room. The top priority for this design was to create a safe, functional, and nurturing environment where young children can thrive. As you approach from the exterior, covered entry areas at the main entrances provide shelter and a welcoming arrival experience, while metal fencing wraps around the building to give staff and families peace of mind.
When building for a nonprofit, and particularly using federal funding, we understand that on budget, timeline, and compliance are critical to the project. Through the hard work and dedication of ESB’s talented team, we maintained our top quality build and customer experience while fully delivering on all three of those project priorities.
